Easy Avocado Spread
This wholesome and nutritious avocado spread is so creamy and delicious! It comes together in just 5 minutes and tastes amazing on toast, in sandwiches or as a dip with tortilla chips or veggies.

- 1 large avocado 160g avocado flesh
- 1 tablespoon tahini 16g
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or more, to taste
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Place the avocado flesh in a bowl and mash well with a fork.
Stir through the tahini, lemon, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Or, add all the ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth.
3.1g net carbs per portion. Makes 2 portions (a generous ¼ cup each).
Store in a bowl covered with clingfilm touching the spread, so there are no air pockets. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
