Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

Raspberry frozen yogurt is a simple and quick 4 ingredient dessert that is perfect for summer. It is ready in just 12 minutes and does not require an ice cream maker.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt 250g, (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 cup frozen raspberries 300g
  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoon allulose or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Stir the chia seeds into the coconut yoghurt and wait 10 minutes until they have absorbed some of the liquid.
  • Add the frozen raspberries and sweetener and blend until combined.

Notes

6g net carbs per serving. Makes 4 generous servings. 
Coconut yogurt is a dairy-free yogurt made from coconut.
Serve straight away as a soft serve. Option to freeze for up to 3 months. 
Any 1:1 sugar substitute works in the recipe. Chose powdered sweetener if possible.
