Keto Stuffed Pepper Soup
My keto stuffed pepper soup has all the hearty, comforting flavors of classic stuffed peppers in an easy one-pot meal. I've made it keto friendly by using cauliflower rice instead of regular rice. This thickens the soup and keeps one generous serving at only 6.7g net carbs.
