Instructions

  • Mix the yogurt, sweetener, matcha powder and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Spread the mixture out on baking or parchment paper and add the pistachios. Freeze until firm.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

Net carbs: 3.1g per 1 serving of 6. 
The pistachios are optional. You can use any nuts or seeds you like. Blueberries would also work well here. 
Store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Serve immediately after removing from freezer.
