Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • piece of cardboard
  • 2 rubber bands

Instructions

  1. Cut the carton into a rectangle and fold in half. Check the size - it should cover the sides of the egg
  2. Make a hard boiled egg. I cooked mine for 9 minutes.
  3. Peel your egg while it is still hot and place it in the folded carton
  4. Place a chopstick or a skewer on the middle of the egg and press down
  5. Secure the ends with rubber bands
  6. Leave to cool
  7. After ca 10 minutes remove the egg and cut in half. Voila!
