Easy Sesame Flaxseed Crackers

Sesame Flaxseed Crackers are super-crispy, grain free and high in protein. Great with dips!

  • 1/2 cup sesame flour
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed milled/ground
  • half a cup of water
  • sea salt
  • pepper optional
  • sesame seeds for sprinkling


  1. Mix all ingredients except for sesame seeds in a bowl
  2. Spread thinly on a silicone mat or baking paper

  3. Sprinkle over sesame seeds
  4. Pre-cut into squares with a knife or pizza cutter
  5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius / 356 Fahrenheit for ca 20 minutes or until the edges are beginning to brown
