  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 200C.
  • Add the radishes to a bowl and toss with oil, seasoning and herbs.

Notes

2.2g net carbs per portion. Makes 4 portions.
Halve or quarter large radishes and leave baby radishes intact. The idea is to cut all pieces to a similar size so they cook equally.
Arrange the radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket so the air can circulate, browning them all around.
Air fryers can vary, so keep an eye on the radishes during cooking, making sure they do not over-brown.
Oven method: For oven roasted radishes, preheat the oven to 200C / 400F. Prepare the radishes as per recipe. Then, roast them in a pan lined with parchment paper for 15 minutes. Flip them and roast for a further 10-15 minutes on the other side.
Store for up to 4 days in the fridge. Not suitable for freezing.
Reheat leftovers in the air fryer, or add them to salads or into soups / stir-fries.
