  • Put all ingredients in a pot. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. 
  • Let the sauce cool down before using.

Notes

Serving size: 2 tbsp
Store the sauce in the fridge in an airtight container. It will keep for around a week. 
Tomato Passata is the stuff you'd use on a pizza. It's uncooked tomato puree that has been strained of skins and seeds.
Alternatively, you can also take tinned tomatoes, remove the liquid and blend them until smooth.
